Robert Greene Sterne - Director at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox

Sterne_sm Rob serves as Chairman of the Editorial Board, and is a recognized leader in the area of patent reexaminations.  He is the lead author of the The Sedona Conference Journal paper on the subject of patent reexamination and parallel patent litigation.   Rob is frequently requested to lead industry discussions on reexamination practice and strategy, and has provided reexamination presentations before Sedona, IPO, AIPLA, LES, PLI and ACPC.  He has been actively involved with many of the high stake, high profile reexaminations in which hundreds of millions of dollars is often at stake.
