Rob serves as Chairman of the Editorial Board, and is a recognized leader in the area of patent reexaminations. He is the lead author of the The Sedona Conference Journal paper on the subject of patent reexamination and parallel patent litigation. Rob is frequently requested to lead industry discussions on reexamination practice and strategy, and has provided reexamination presentations before Sedona, IPO, AIPLA, LES, PLI and ACPC. He has been actively involved with many of the high stake, high profile reexaminations in which hundreds of millions of dollars is often at stake.
Michael D. Specht - Director at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox
Mike serves as Editor for the Editorial Board. He has been involved in both ex parte and inter partes reexaminations representing both the patent owner and the third party requester. He focuses on reexaminations in the electronics area, with a particular focus on telecommunications and software.

Jon is a co-author of the The Sedona Conference Journal paper on the subject of patent reexamination and parallel patent litigation. He has been involved in both ex parte and inter partes reexaminations representing primarily patent owners that are also involved in concurrent litigation proceedings.
