This week the Official Gazette noticed three inter partes reexamination requests. Caliper Life Science filed a request against Carestream Health’s patent on an apparatus and method for multi-modal imaging. Sanofi-Aventis filed a request against Abbott Laboratories patent on a dual variable domain immunoglobulin and uses thereof. Zund Systemtechnik and Zund America filed a request against Mikkelsen Graphic Engineering’s patent on a method and apparatus for rapid precision cutting of graphics areas from sheets.
