Google filed a request against Software Rights Archive’s patent on a method and apparatus for indexing, searching and displaying data. Hynix Semiconductor filed a request against Rambus’ patent on a memory device having a variable data output length. Sennco Solutions filed a request against Se-Kure Controls’ patent on a sensing assembly for article to be monitored. Smith Patent Consulting filed a request against Agere Systems’ patent on an article comprising a quantum well laser. Anonymous third parties filed requests against patents assigned to Z-IMAGE, Comsol AB, Cengiz R. Shevket, Gemplus, Apple, and Bayer Healthcare.
