Pipeline Induction Heat Limited filed two requests against Offshore Joint Services’ patents on protection of pipeline joint connections. Rose Electronics filed a request against Avocent Redmond’s patent on an interconnection system for viewing and controlling remotely connected computers with on-screen video overlay for controlling of the interconnection switch. Anonymous third parties filed requests against patents assigned to Talecris Biotherapeutics, Liebel-Flarsheim, Apple, Makita of Japan, Gillette, Motorola, Tri-Vision Electronics, and Integrated Discrete Devices.
