This week the Official Gazette noticed four inter partes reexamination requests. Apple filed a request against Affinity Labs of Texas’ patent on a system and method for connecting a portable audio player to an automobile sound system. Micron Technology filed two requests against Panavision Imaging’s patents on a video bus for high speed multi-resolution imagers. Mytee Products filed a request against Harris Research’s patent on device for enhancing removal of liquid from fabric.
