Nintento filed a request against Wall Wireless’ patent on a method and apparatus for creating and distributing real-time interactive media content through wireless communication networks and the internet. Alien Technology Corporation filed a request against Intermec IP’s patent on a passive RFID tag that retains state after temporary loss of power. Assateague Oil filed a request against Baker Hughes’ patent on additives to enhance metal and amine removal in refinery desalting processes. Clopay Plastic Products filed a request against Kappler’s patent on a vapor permeable, liquid impermeable composite fabric and fabrication process. DPL, Imation, and Memorex jointly filed a request against BOSE’s patent on interactive sound reproducing. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries filed a request against GE Wind Energy’s patent on a method for operating a wind power plant. Sybase filed a request against TeleCommunication Systems’ patent on an inter-carrier short messaging service providing phone number only experience.
