This week the Official Gazette noticed six inter partes reexamination requests. Hamamatsu Photonics filed three requests against Aperio Technologies’ patents on a fully automatic rapid microscope slide scanner. Apple filed three requests against Affinity Labs Of Texas’ patents on a system and method for communicating selected information to an electronic device, content delivery system and method, and audio system and method.
