This week the Official Gazette noticed two inter partes reexamination requests. Wahl Clipper Corporation filed a request against Kim Laube’s patent on a Disposable cutting head for clippers. Wolfson Microelectronics filed a request against Knowles Electronics’ patent on a microelectromechanical system package with environmental and interference shield.
