Crane Merchandising Systems filed two requests against Automated Merchandising Systems’ patents on an optical vend-sensing system for control of vending machines. Dorman Products filed a request against Borg-Warner Automotive’s patent on an extended range regenerative pump with modified impeller and/or housing. Guidewire Software filed a request against Accenture’s patent on component based task handling during claim processing. Anonymous third parties filed requests against patents assigned to Newell Operating Company, Solexa, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
