Endologix filed two requests against Cook Incorporated’s patents on an expandable transluminal graft prosthesis for repair of aneurysm and percutaneous stent and method for retrieval thereof. Equipment Development Company filed a request against National Flooring Equipment’s patent on a walk behind floor stripping machine with hydraulic drive. Fenwal filed a request against Haemonetics Corporation’s patent on a compact centrifuge device and use of same. Anonymous third parties filed requests against patents assigned to Card Guard Scientific Survival, Gator Tail, LG Electronics, and Embrex.
