Charming Shoppes, Lane Bryant, Catherines, and Fashion Bug Retail jointly filed a request against Venezuelan Corporation 1466, CA’s patent on a pants garment with body profile enhancement features. First Quality Baby Products filed a request against Kimberly-Clark Worldwide’s surgical patent on absorbent articles with refastenable side seams. General Protecht Group filed a request against Pass & Seymour’s patent on an electrical wiring device. Jungheinrich AG filed two inter partes requests against The Raymond Corporation’s patents on a mast construction for a lift truck. Newegg, Inc. filed a request against Soverain Software’s patent on techniques to manage transfers of information in a communications network. Open Table filed a request against Mount Hamilton Partners’ patent on a system and method for reducing excess capacity for restaurants and other industries during off-peak or other times. Last, Volkswagen Group of America filed an inter partes request against Affinity Labs of Texas’ patent on a system and method for connecting a portable audio player to an automobile sound system.
