The Termite Doctor filed a request against Structural Tenting Corporation’s patent on a method for fumigating perishables within a refrigerated cargo container. Anonymous third parties filed requests against patents assigned to Arlington Industries, Smith & Nephew, William P. Davis, Cameras Onsite, Sunbeam Products, Geoffrey P. Atchinson et al, LG Electronics, The Personalized Mass Media Corporation, and Bobby Hu.
