This week the Official Gazette noticed thirteen ex parte reexamination requests. Avago Technologies filed an ex parte reexamination request against Triquint Semiconductor’s patent on optimized piezoelectric resonator-based networks. Microsoft Corporation filed two requests against ADC Technology’s patents on interactive communication systems for communicating video,  games, and kareoke software. Anonymous third parties filed requests against patents assigned to Everett Laboratories, Light Wave, Priamus System Technologies, Northpeak Wireless, Innovative Office Products, and General Electric.
