Cerner Corporation filed an ex parte request against I-THINK’s patent on a computer-assisted documentation system for enhancing or replacing the process of dictating and transcribing. Chi Mei Optoelectronics filed requests against two of LG Display’s LCD patents. Kyocera Communications filed ex parte requests against four of FlashPoint Technology’s digital imaging patents. Anonymous third parties filed requests against patents assigned to Cedars-Sinaimedical Center and Lineage Power Corporation.
