Stay Pending Ex Parte Reexamination Granted Before the Request Substantively Granted by the USPTO (WAWD)

On October 23, 2009, Judge Marsha J. Pechman granted a motion to stay proceedings pending ex parte reexamination of the patents-in-suit in the District Court for the Western District of Washington in the matter of National Products, Inc. v.
